主讲：Chang Gyu Choi，韩国国土都市计划学会学术委员会委员长。韩国汉阳大学城市研究院教授、博士生导师、城市发展管理与房地产系主任、房地产融合研究生院资产管理项目主任。英国伦敦政治经济学院高级研究员。现兼任韩国首尔Tong-eui Urban Institute审计委员会成员，曾任韩国首尔市政府首尔规划章程成员。主要从事城市更新、城市管理、建筑环境密度、混合土地使用、步行空间、城市宜居性、空间营造、新城镇、绿带等相关研究。2015年获得大韩国土都市计划学会颁发的最高学术奖。在韩国规划协会期刊，韩国城市设计学院期刊，Cities, Land Use Policy and Urban Studies等主要学术期刊上撰写了60多篇文章。
Brief biography of Chang Gyu Choi.
Professor, Urban Regeneration and Design Program, Hanyang University. He also served as Chairman of the Academic Committee of Korea Planners Association, Graduated School of Urban StudiesDirector, Department of Urban Development Management and Real Estate, Graduated School of Urban StudiesDirector, Asset Management Program, Graduate School of Real Estate Convergence. Visiting Senior Fellow, The London School of Economics and Political Science, London, United Kingdom Coordinator of Planning Committee, Coordinator of Urban Regeneration Research Committee. Research Interests:Urban regeneration, Growth management, Built environment Density, Mixed land use, Walking, Livability, Place making, New towns, Green Belts. He received the Highest Academic Prize in 2015 from Korea Planners Association, which is Korea’s oldest and most renowned academic organization in the field of planning, and the best paper award in 2017 from Korea Appraisal Board. He has authored more than 60 articles in leading academic journals such as Journal of Korea Planning Association, Journal of the Urban Design Institute of Korea, Cities, Land Use Policy and Urban Studies. In addition, he has energetically participated in seminars, conferences, and workshops as chair, co-chair, and vice-chair. He also served as Chairman of the Academic Committee of the Korea Institute of Land and Planning.
